Biography
Sam Price is a designer and maker. After completing his Bachelor of Architecture degree, he worked as part of the team at BMADE - the Bartlett Manufacture and Design Exchange. Here, his role focused around teaching CNC manufacture through inductions and continued student support, as well as working in other realms of digital fabrication. Technically, Sam also has experience in a wide range of manual making methods from manual machining, metalwork and welding, to woodwork, steam-bending and wood turning.


Throughout his work, he places a strong emphasis on sustainability through design decisions, material choice and fabrication methods. In the past year, he has developed skills in textile fabrication as well as collaborating on projects for Kew Gardens and other private commissions. Sam currently works freelance on design and fabrication projects.
