Noboru Koshizuka
Dr. Noboru Koshizuka is Dean and Professor in Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, The University of Tokyo. He received the B.S., M.S. and D.S. degrees in information science in 1989, 1991, and 1994 from The University of Tokyo. He has founded and is now directing UTODC (Open Data Center, the University of Tokyo), which is the first research center of open data in Japan. For about 25 years, he has been researching ubiquitous computing, embedded real-time systems, open-data, operating systems, human-computer interactions, and computer networks.
